Adele Works Painlessly to Help Speed & Enhance Your Injury Rehab
  • Are you diagnosed with any of the following:
    • Arthritis
    • Carpal Tunnel Syndrome
    • "Golf-" or "Tennis-Elbow"
    • Plantar Fasciitis
    • Repetitive Stress Injury
    • Shin Splints
    • Tendonitis
    • TMJ
    • Whiplash
    • Muscular Sprain or Strain
    • Other Soft Tissue Injury?

  • Are you having trouble sticking with your injury rehab program?
  • Are the exercises and stretches from your Physical Therapist causing you more pain?
  • Are you looking for non-medication alternatives for pain relief?
  • Is your body repeating the same injuries?
  • Are you tired of being "let down" by your body?

The Youniversoul approach to Medical Massage Therapy can help you accelerate and deepen your injury healing process.

Using gentle touch and slow, guided movement, Youniversoul's No Pain Deep Tissue Bodywork can help you experience:
  • Relief from pain, stiffness, and tension
  • Increased range of motion and freedom of movement
  • Clearing and release of held emotions and energy.

Pain Free Treatment Gives Pain Free Results

Unlike traditional deep-tissue massage, I do not apply force, pressure, or sudden movement to the areas of discomfort. Instead, I use gentle movement and precise positioning of your body around the injury to naturally stimulate the body's healing mechanisms. Blood and oxygen flow are increased; inflammation and contractions are decreased.

As a result, you can experience greater range of motion and freedom of movement without pain.

This treatment is designed to support your rehab regimen. The rehab exercises recommended by your doctor or physical therapist will most likely become much easier and less painful to perform, and the positive results will likely occur faster and last longer.
